LYNN McPHELIMY
Lynn McPhelimy is a nationally recognized motivational speaker and the author of "In The Checklist of Life: A Working Book To Help You Live and Leave This Life. "
Her appearances on "The Oprah Winfrey Show" and "The Today Show" gained her national acclaim for her warmth, humor and practical approach to challenging situations. She has been invited to be the keynote speaker and workshop presenter at several national conferences and association meetings. Her audiences include financial, legal, corporate and healthcare professionals as well as armed service organizations, religious and civic groups, colleges and universities—more than 450 to date.
She is the subject of an hour-long nationally distributed public television special entitled "In the Checklist of Life with Lynn McPhelimy."
A Connecticut native, Ms. McPhelimy founded AAIP Publishing in 1997. Then in 1999, responding to the needs of older adults in transition she founded Moving and More.
Ms. McPhelimy is a magna cum laude graduate of Boston College and holds an M.B.A. from The Barney School of Management at the University of Hartford.
Ms. McPhelimy serves on the Boards of Directors of the Middlesex County (CT) Chamber of Commerce and the Advocate Performing Arts Association and is past Executive Director of the Connecticut Coalition to Improve End-of-Life Care.
